The process of becoming an SDL Construction & Interiors customer is straightforward – we like to think this reflects our expertise and the sensical way in which we work. When you become an SDL customer, here is the journey you will embark on:

Brief

Send your brief via email or populate our online contact form. Debbie, our Business Administrator, will receive your brief and review.

We'll Call YOU

Rod, our Interior Design and Fitting Specialist, will call to arrange a no-obligation visit to your premises at a time and date that suits you.

Design

In the interim, Rod will draw your designs up and produce a picture board of suggested products, before packaging them up with a quote and emailing them over to you.

Supplier Management

Doug, our Contract Manager, will summarise the costs and paperwork, while Rod will receive the exciting job of ordering your stunning new materials and products.

Scheduling

Next, we work together to book a start date for your project, and we discuss how long it will take and when the work will likely be completed.

Full Project Management

Rod will commence work on your project – along with Steve, our Construction and Restoration Specialist [link to bio], and Doug, who is responsible for overseeing the labour.
