Steve Bradley is an experienced and determined director who has dedicated over 40 years to the construction industry. He is highly skilled in project estimation, feasibility studies, quantity surveying, construction, and pre-construction. Historically, Steve has managed a multitude of high-value commercial projects including a 66-bed care centre build worth £4.6m and an office air conditioning system totalling £3.3m!
Steve and I launched Stellar 13 years ago in our hometown of Milton Keynes! My role largely entails providing leadership to the team and overseeing the company finances, but it’s varied. Prior to Stellar, I worked in the care industry for 25 years at a senior level and in the HR sector for 10 years, which means I am capable of dealing with anything customer or team-member related.
Rod Shephard is a commercial manager with 38 years in the construction industry under his belt. He is highly skilled in negotiation, budgeting, business planning, and cost management, along with interior fitting and design. Rod’s customers describe him via LinkedIn as “consistently cheerful and honest” and “an impressive can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines and budgets”.

Hello, my name is Jordan Greenfield. I'm a quantity surveyor with a deep history of estimating for commercial construction, retail fit-outs and civil engineering projects. I'm passionate about delivering accurate estimates, valuations and cost management. I'm always looking for new ways to improve my craft and stay on top of industry trends. With each project I work on, my goal is to ensure that the final product meets and exceeds expectations. In my spare time, I enjoy travelling and exploring new cultures.
