Steve Bradley

Construction & Restoration Specialist | Director

Steve Bradley is an experienced and determined director who has dedicated over 40 years to the construction industry. He is highly skilled in project estimation, feasibility studies, quantity surveying, construction, and pre-construction. Historically, Steve has managed a multitude of high-value commercial projects including a 66-bed care centre build worth £4.6m and an office air conditioning system totalling £3.3m!

Company Secretary & Director

Steve and I launched Stellar 13 years ago in our hometown of Milton Keynes! My role largely entails providing leadership to the team and overseeing the company finances, but it’s varied. Prior to Stellar, I worked in the care industry for 25 years at a senior level and in the HR sector for 10 years, which means I am capable of dealing with anything customer or team-member related.

Rod Shepherd

Contracts Manager

Rod Shephard is a seasoned contract manager with 37 years in the construction industry under his belt. He is highly skilled in negotiation, budgeting, business planning, and cost management, along with interior fitting and design. Rod’s customers describe him via LinkedIn as “consistently cheerful and honest” and “an impressive can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines and budgets”.

Kian Woulfe

Trainee Surveyor

Trainee Surveyor at Stellar! When I’m not studying, I provide assistance to the team in carrying out on-site and CAD measuring, providing quantities for tendering purposes, site visits, and record photographs. I’m also responsible for Stellar’s social media activity. I do a little of everything!

Debbie Elmer

Business Adminsitrator

Debbie Elmer has been an administrative professional within the construction industry for 16 years. Prior to SDL Construction & Interiors, she racked up her experience at Liebherr Logistics, VSM Abrasives, and Nova Plastering. Colleagues and customers describe Debbie as “reliable, hardworking, and with a great sense of humour”.
